  • Stallions Install the 3-4 Zone Blitz D-Scheme

B.J. Burke has successfully installed a speedy run-stuffing 3-4 scheme for the Stallions upcoming season. Anchored by Inside Linebacker Amos Hassler and Outside Linebacker Gerald Weidner, this unit features speed, pass rushing, and coverage skills. Their ability to blitz, stop the pass, and smash the run was evident in training camp where the offensive team was stomped. Burke couldn't contain himself as he watched NT Harold Bryant dominate the point while his LB corps wreaked havoc. "We've got a PFG defense here", said Burke. "I'm ready to see them kick a little arse this season".

Owner Keith Wolfe has already nicknamed them "The Red Swarm" and promises the fans a "show" everytime those Oakland boys roll into town.

The Oakland offense would like to introduce you to wideout Martinez, nickname,"Rice"......Wonder why they call him that? We assure that you will seeing alot of him in the comming years.

I think in order for Martinez to be effective. . your QB will have to "try" to remain vertical. . which is gonna be difficult

Where the heck did "Red" in Red Swarn come from? I'm all for nicknames for defenses, just wondering if I missed something there? Your logo is blue and gold..........
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

I thought there were quite a few good DT's. DE and T went quick. That is why I had to go interior
for some above average talent. Now lets see if I can figure out how to translate that to
              porduction on the "field"

It seems some of our more insightful owners are already exploiting the opportunity to take jabs at our team. I encourage this, hell, I love it! Give me all the quotes I will need for next year when my team starts to develop and dominate. If you take a close look at this roster, Oakland will be a force, not this year, but go ahead......keeeeeeeep talking.

I was taking a shot at 5.5 40 Jerry Rice of the rayderz

I noticed all the juicy picks I had on my "blue" list that you took.

The Annilihators, Killer Whales, Renegades, Toads, and Gorillas all grabbed a bunch of prospects.

Oakland got more of them than the others I suspect. I especially liked the S combo you grabbed.

You can jab at Rice all you want, he is still polishing his Suberbowl rings, and writing his speach for the Hall Of Fame. Can you name a better player to ever step on the field?
And, oh yea, not picking a fight here, was just tottally stunned someone would even attempt to insult one of the top 5 greatest players to ever play in the NFL, Raider or not!

NO WR should even be in the top 25 best players of all time. As good as Rice WAS, he is a shell of his former self. Rice a rayduher - he's a niner and always will be. He's the only active Grandfather also. He's closer to Social Security than he is his rookie season. He's OLD dude.

Lawrence Taylor, Joe Montana, Brett Farve, Dieon Sanders, Barry Sanders all better all stepped on the field all played in the recent past or are current.

WR's, even the best ones, have limited oppertunities to affect the game. The best WR's touch the ball what 8-10 times a game. Like I said Rice was good but he is an average, and I am being kind out of respect for my elders, WR at this time.

I'll leave the rayduher bashing alone for now. Guess it is a carryover from a Titan forum I frequent. ha

It's all about the Mules and Annihalators anyways right? B)

Rice is still productive. . .and he isn't causing trouble all the time like another former 49 and his Viking mentor

Rice may have lost a step, but he still gets it done
