Here is a look at team chemistry, from best to worst, using a scale I made up:

Pittsburgh 39
Dakota 32
Hartford 30
Portland 29
St Louis 27
Vermont 21
Murfreesboro 19
Anchorage 18
Cleveland 17
Iowa City 17
Oakland 17
Reno 17
Little Rock 16
West Virginia 16
Houston 15
Tulsa 15
Albuquerque 14
Madison 14
Wichita 14
Newark 12
Salt Lake City 12
Lawrence 11
Norfolk 11
Montreal 10
Columbia 7
Texas 7
Orlando 5
Vancouver 5
Boston 4
Louisiana 3
California 0
Lansing -3

If you threw your team together with no regard to chemistry whatsoever, your score would be about a 4.25.

remember that a lot of teams don't have their starters active, and these could change after week #1.

I credit much of our success to our chemistry. We might not have the best talent, but chemistry can certainly help. I think Pit is in the same boat as us too.

I think he's looking at chemistry (ie affinities and conflicts), not cohesion.

i was taking a look at some of the top teams..and wow, how did you get so many affinities? is it just luck? do you spam free agent offers looking to see who your leaders would want/not want to join the team?

yes, a lot of guys do do that. (I just said do-do)

They are extremely important, though I don't necessarily follow that rule.
