Oakland voters approve new stadium!

Understanding that this year, will not be full of W's in the win colum, Oakland voters today approved plans for a new stadium to be completed in 2006. Oakland Vice President "Jave" talked to the press, " The great fans of this great city have rewarded us today with a brand new stadium, and with that, our hopes and dreams for the future. They understand the road to the Championship will be long and hard, and full of many dissapointments before we taste victory, however, they will support us 100%, and todays vote proves their dedication. We thank the fans, the Mayor, and the entire city for your committment to the future success of this franchise."

Me, personally, I'm happy to be playing in the Superdome, rather the "FreedomDome". That's right, the FreedomDome.
