Underdog admits that the Toads are the better team heading into the showdown with the Fire Sunday. But, Underdog recognizes that Columbia is a good team in a despirate situation, and that means upset.

Leading the Power to a win was David Rodriguez. David was 25-144 and another 35 recieving yards with a rushing TD tossed in there. Underdog notes that Alvin Mann had an effecient game also. Pittsburgh won 17-13 for an Underdog win

Columbia waited till the 4th quarter to respond to the crisis before them. Trailing by 17 entering the 4th the Fire needed help from the Toads to get back into the game and salvage the season, for now. Toads helped out with some 1 play drives ending in TOs and Columbia took advantage of the situation for an improbable 20-0 4th quater and the upset of Little Rock and a win for Underdog.

Underdog noticed that Phantom QB Stanfield is having a career year and comming off a spectacular game against the Bulldogs. Underdog believes that the Ogres Razo, Bratzke, Phifer and Carmody will be able to disrupt Tobias. Can Schultz deliever when Stanfield is nullified? Underdog does not think so.

Vegas says Phantoms by 3. Underdog says Lansing Ogres 22 Lawrence 19.

Underdog was wrong about Stanfield being harrassed into a bad game as Tobias threw for 289 yards. Underdog was not wrong about Schutz not being able to carry the load though as Shaun was under 3.0 yards per carry with 21 rushes. Underdog was also not wrong about the winner of this contest as the Lansing Ogres defeated the Phantoms 25 to 24 for the home win.

This win puts Underdog at 11-2-2 for 2007

Underdog is a Beamer fan. Because of the rain forcast for Cleveland on sunday Underdog does not believe Beamer will break 150 for the third straigt game. But Underdog does believe that the Snipe Hunters will give the Clawz a forced serving of their own ground pounding medecine.

Underdog is a big Crespo fan. Crespo will get a lot of carries in a tight ballgame. Crespo will break 100 for the fourth straight game and Sante will have another effecient game helping the Bulldogs to a home win.
