Mules Preseason Press Conference

New Mules HC William "Billy" Ogden, flanked by Mules OC William "Billy" Keen and Mules All-time leading QB Manuel Willoughby, reading from a script provided by the Mules GM announced that the Murfreesboro Mules have given QB Manuel Willoughby their complete vote of confidence heading into the 2006 campaign. HC Ogden stated that despite rookie QB Peterson's prominence in preseason he felt that Willoughby gave the Mules their best chance at victory sunday. OC Keen stated that the Mules O is a direct reflection of the veteran QB and that everything the Mules have achieved on the offensive side of the ball can be attributed to Willoughby. Manuel Willoughby is the Mules All-time leader in virtually every catagory and has started 48 consecutive regular season games in a row. Willoughby stated that he did not feel any pressure to perform even though Murfreesboro drafted Peterson first overall in the 2006 draft. GM Kobeck stated that the press conference was over and there would be no questions
