For the second season in a row, the Reno Wolfpack place the franchise tag on QB Leslie Steiner. Rumor has it, the Wolfpack is interested in moving Steiner in a trade if the player and the club cannot hammer out a long term deal.

Does it also go up a percentage each year like the NFL (I think it goes up 20% each year in NFL)?
