  • The 'better late than never' (maybe) Pythag breakdown of the 2064 IFL Season!

    Hey all,

Apologies for the delay in posting this for those that are interested - I'd struggled to compile the data accurately through my tear filled eyes after another defeat at the hands of Murfreesboro. I'm over it now, sort of.

Anyways, feast your eyes on the conditional formatting goodness of Excel as it guides you in determining who rode their luck and who suffered at the hands of many a bad dice roll (or something like that).

    The 2064 summary:

Some at a glance analytics -

Luckiest division was the NC North with an average +1.1 win differential, conversely the least lucky division was the NC East with an average -1.0 win differential.

Interestingly, out of the 4 teams remaining the West Virginia Beasts were the 'luckiest' during the RS with a win diff of +2.1, which was the second highest in the league with only Dakota being luckier at +2.2 win diff. They match up with a similarly 'lucky' team in the formidable Portland Express, their win diff was +1.8 on the season. The other match up features Tijuana who were +0.9 against Vancouver who posted a +0.2.

Good luck to those 4 teams in what is sure to be an exciting remainder of the post season.

    Post Season | 6-16 | .375 |

thanks for this, and also I demand a recount. I've got more pts scored and fewer given up than the Mexicans but lower expectations?
