This is that small window where I feel good about my draft. Couple guys picked my #2. My 2nd rounder is way higher on these lists.

Real happy about landing Tasker late in the round if his bars hold-up. Been awhile since we've had a stud at lb that can do everything. Tatum's been past his prime for several seasons now.

I would assume IWC normally messes up your forecast because I draft BPA, rarely according to need in the early draft. I did notice Tulsa had IWC picking Tasker. He was on my radar, but size was a significant concern.

For a change, I really like my first four picks: S Longoria (VU, with a move to CB planned), WR Garrison (AS, very high RR and maxed out KR), CB Rivera (U, should be a great fit for our cover-2 scheme) and WR Allen (U, and hoping that static bar means he is a sleeper). But I have drafted fool's gold before, so time will tell the tale.

Yeah, I had Longoria and Rivera on my radar. I really liked Rivera though but I figured we had enough defensive-backs for the time being. Gomez also looked nice at safety.

Also, that's why I like the 4-3. I don't have to be too concerned about size like you do in the 3-4. When I inherited this team, I had Kendall Mason at 226 if I recall correctly, and he was a beast.

Point taken, but he is still light even in a 43 over scheme. Bars do trump size (except at QB), by how much I'm not sure no one other than Jim knows. And I do like LBs with a high PD bar.

I looked back and K.Mason was 224 pounds lol...but he could intercept in crucial situations so he could cover too plus he had over 350 return yards so he was valuable there. Imo it doesn't figure much if the guy is all bars so I'm still willing to take the risk. I had a 188 safety who was maxed out who plays like a mini linebacker on the weak-side
