Not only is this the end of the Cleveland Clawz franchise as they prepare for their upcoming move to State College next season, it was also the end of the Antonio Barnes era in Cleveland. Barnes played 13 seasons in the IFL, all with the Clawz. The WR out of Cornell was taken with the first pick in the first round on the 2044 draft. Though he played on mostly middle of the road teams, he was able to amass quite a resume finishing 5th All-Time in receptions and 4th All-Time in Passing Targets. While the end of his career was marred by injuries and a reduced role, Barnes was always there to make the big play when it mattered most.
Only time will tell if his career was worthy of immortality.
