The 3-3 San Antonio Storm have announced that SweenDawg will take over as the new GM for the Storm. In a brief interview, GM SweenDawg said there is some good talent on the team but his work will be cut out with immediate Cap issues. When asked about the Cap situation, SweenDawg said "We will have to make some difficult decisions on some players in the offseason".
