The Phantoms today signed 2003 defensive rookie of the year, WLB Carl Wing, to a 6 year deal for $19.89M. The deal is yet another sign of committment to keeping the current defense in place for years to come.
"This deal is going to put a lot of strain on us next season, but should provide some cap relief for us down the road when Carl is in his prime," said Owner/GM Jester Blaze.
