I hope he works out for Oakland and gets Back to the old Carson Palmer, he kinda fell off in the past couple of years, losing almost every year may have had something to with that though.

I had hoped he'd end up in Miami but at that price I'm not so sure. I wonder what the Broncos want(ed) for Orton. Their price has to have gone up. Didn't the Raiders already use a pick on a QB? Shrewd.

I can't believe the Raiders gave up that much for Palmer. Not much fun to be Jason Campbell right now, gonna go from being injured to being on the bench. That is unless Palmer gets hurt.

1st rounders bust all the time. When the Bears gave up (2) 1sts for Cutler it was the Orton inclusion that I didn't like. 3 (?) years later it's still the Orton inclusion I don't like and those (2) 1sts would have probably been busts in the hands of Jerry Angelo anyway.

Raiders' fans should enjoy this.

I was thinking the same thing. Has NOT looked impressive for the last 2 years.
