Honestly, college ball is more FUN to watch. Less BS. I can't stand how anal the NFL has got with it's over the top rules and complete lack of common sense. "did the player catch the ball? Well yes HOWEVER according to the rules you must maintain possession throughout the entire catch"...etc....

It's crap like that that drives me nuts. In college a catch is a catch, a touchdown is a touchdown. Less BS, more football.

It's just more focused on in the NFL. It happens in college ball too. Happened in the Big 12 Championship last year. I do like College Ball more, although that may have to do with the current state of the Raiders.

Bama could very well have two losses right now, they're lucky they don't.

                      See ya Ohio.........

For the first time, Oregon is No. 1 in The Associated Press college football poll.
The Ducks climbed one place to the top spot during an off week after previous No. 1 Ohio State lost 31-18 at Wisconsin on Saturday night.
Boise State also moved up one place to No. 2. Oklahoma jumped three spots to No. 3, passing No. 4 TCU. Auburn moved up two spots to fifth.
Ohio State dropped 10 spots to 11th.
Oregon becomes the 43rd team to hold the No. 1 ranking in the AP media poll, which dates to 1936. Ohio State's loss came a week after then-No. 1 Alabama was beaten by South Carolina.
Oregon will try to avoid becoming the third straight No. 1 team to lose when it plays at home against UCLA on Thursday night.

                      To answer your question:
For good, Taylor Martinez is off that list. Texas not only contained the Huskers' freshman quarterback but even rendered him so ineffective that the Longhorns knocked him out of the game. Nebraska head coach Bo Pelini benched the man Huskers fans call T-Magic in the third quarter of the Huskers' 20-13 home loss to Texas. Martinez mustered just 84 yards of total offense (63 passing, 21 rushing) in his two-plus quarters on the field.

Normally I would agree with ya, but the Ducks just score so many freeking points this year people are paying attention. Even when we play like crap(see Arizona St. game) they score 42. No one can stop the ducks. They don't have a 1st or 2nd team. They rotate everyone on the roster in and out the entire game so in the late 3rd and 4th quarters, the other teams are exhausted trying to keep up with Oregon's non-stop, no huddle offense they get owned. See second half points scored against Oregon this year....yea, 7.
