Tech Question

I think there are some tech guys here so I have a question maybe one of you guys could answer.

On my laptop i think i have a BIOS problem. I updated the BIOS and ever since I get blue screens when i play games or music for awhile.

My question is there any way to rollback the BIOS (without having explicitly backed up the BIOS)? I opened up the BIOS in startup but could not figure it out really.

If that fails, Could/should i use system recovery disk?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I will throw some thoughts out there.

AFAIK BIOS flashes and only way back would be to flash the old version

If you flashed the correct BIOS then you probably have a setting issue. Something from the default BIOS making laptop run hot. Possibly check the clock settings if your BIOS lets you go that deep.
