  • To he who sent me the PM on MS Paint...

I'm 98% sure that I remember who it was but I got a couple graphics PMs lately and don't want to send the wrong person a strange message.

Anyway I should've mentioned GIMP (Graphics Image Manipulation Program), which is an open source graphics application that's much better than MS Paint and is free.

I use Photoshop so I hate GIMP but if all I had was MS Paint then I'd love GIMP.

I downloaded GIMP at the office because I needed to do some graphics stuff for a project, and we don't have PS-licenses there.

I was absolutely dumbfounded.. I couldn't get anything to work as I wanted it to.. guess I'm too used to PS

    I couldn't even create layers..

I know it's about what you're used to, but as a Photoshop user, I simply couldn't take that step to overcome the differences so I went graphicsless.

Same here. I was skimming some tutorials though and it looks like a lot of the same functionality is there... just very unintuitive IMO.
