Help With Virus

I have a couple and my McAfee wont delete 2 of them. I know where they are and I cant manually delete them.
It says the program cannot be deleted because it is being run by another program or person.
ad-aware wont kill it either.

im not all that tech savvy but i know that rebooting in safe mode and then trying to delete them is worth a shot

or go into startup and figure whats running delete that and the files in the registry...
