So I read today, many years after Ray Lewis legitimately held weight in NFL circles:

... and the answer, as it's been since he ratted out his "friends" many years ago after a certain Super Bowl (that he DIDN'T participate in), is a resounding "YES!!!".
I've never in my life been as unimpressed with "society's impressive".
Ray Lewis is a grown man who ratted out his "friends" and (by his own admission) cried himself to sleep in jail. He'll never change that; certainly not by tackling other humans on a soft pelt of grass (or if you're playing on astro turf a "not so hard" pelt of artificial grass).
For Rat Lewis to ever be a man in my eyes he needs to do what many 16 year olds around the country do every day: do his time...
...and then in addition to that find a way to go back in time to give his "friends" a fair trial.
O.J. Simpson was tried and found "Not Guilty" and gets more shit from American society than a man who DIDN'T LIKE HIS CHANCES of being found "Not Guilty" in a society that "puts the burden of guilt on the prosecution" and thus JUMPED SHIP to the prosecution to bring major hardship to his "friend's" life in exchange for much lesser hardship (the adoration of the American public is slightly better than prison IMO) on himself.
I'm unaware of where this thread might go but damn do I HATE this guy.
