First the Titans have been winning, but not dominating so I am not predicting a win by any means, expecting the team to play well sure.
If the Bills can establish the run then it will be another long day for the Titans, unless Losman does a Garrard impression and gives the Titans the game. If the Bills do not establish the run then the Titan D should hold the Bills under 20. If that happens I think the Titan O, with Henry starting at RB, will be able to hold their own.
Bills, last I checked, have almost 20k unsold tickets to this game and combine that with the probable no shows on Christmas Eve and the home field advantage is watered down signifacantly.
In my mind it come down to Titan run D. If the Bills cannot run at will the game will be close. I like the Titans chances in a close game because the O is balanced. Even if that means both the run and pass are average at best - lol
The quantity of people at the game does not directly reflect the quality of the people at the game. There is a buzz again in our area. That place will still have 70k people there. The crowd will be a factor.
Mcgahee will be motivated, and that's when he plays his best. People around here are talking about Travis and saying maybe Buffalo got rid of the wrong guy. Mcgahee always plays well when he's got personal motivation. The only concern I have with the running game is that FB Damien Shelton got concussed or something last week, and Mcgahee is used to having him as a lead blocker. If Shelton is out, there is a certain unknown about what he can do with no FB.
Travis should be ok. Opposing RB's have success when they cut back against the Bills D. Travis has that ability.
Young will struggle, I think. Buffalo's D has played lights out the past few weeks, especially at home.
I've been watching the Titans a bit this year, as this team intruiges me. I've always been a Travis Henry fan, and I love Nashville. My wife and I went there on business during the superbowl run. We were there when TENN was at Oakland in the AFC championship game. The town basically shut down that night. I think someday I'll end up moving close to Nashville.
I think the Bills win. They get up early and hold Young down. 24-10 win for the Bills

my outsider take is that Buffalo cant get the offense in gear against the Titans and lose 16-10 in a close game that goes down to a late stop or score.
If granny Al could get a good coach he would. Shell is the best of his many bad options. He should step down as Chariman of the President of Football Operations or whatever his title is. As long as he plays puppet master only tools will accept working for him.
I was out at a christmas dinner and tivo'd the game. I just cannot believe this shit. I don't mind the call going for it on 4th down, but I don't like the playcall. I'm not sure what we were trying to do. I think Josh Reed was supposed to be the target, but there was no passing lane.
I just can't get over how effortless Vince Young makes his runs look. I was so pissed after that TD run. Guys were just not paying attention to what was happening.
Good luck to your Titans. Hopefully they can make it work.
