Corey Dillon: 2006 Comeback Player Of The Year

(Though, I'm not sure that 13 touchdowns is something you need to "come back" from. But I'm predicting a huge year from Number 28.)

        Vito that was hilarious!!

Back to Mr. Dillon. Naw I think he is running on empty. I know he was nicked up pretty good last year but I don't think he has much to play for and he is way past typical years for a RB. He looked like he had lost the fire last year.

Could be right, but I liked what I saw in Denver from Dillon. That was just about the only thing they had working that day. By the time Brady figured out the Broncos' blitz, they were what? Three game changing turnovers/calls deep?

It was such a disasterous day that nobody noticed or mentioned that Dillon looked about as sharp as he was all year.

And baring some bizarre turn of events, he'll still be the number one guy in Foxboro next year. So, if he has the legs, he'll get the handoffs.

And I'm a noob, so I'll refrain from comments about IFL players for now.

Unless something weird happens he will still be the man in NE. I didnt catch the whole Denver game but I was pissed to see Brady choke for the first time in the playoffs. I really felt he was a big part of why they lost, which is usually never the case.

                Yep.

And what started out as three outstanding plays by Brown, Hobbs, and Faulk got spoiled by fumbles. Tough way to lose. Faulk had the first down and it was a great call since everyone was expecting a dink pass... fumble. Hobbs makes the kicker miss and he takes it to the house... fumble. Brown was just about the steal a good 15 or 20 yards from the Denver gunners by faking the rush, then dropping back... fumble.

                Weird game.

I won't even go into that lousy call/pass on the goal line to Bailey. Should have punched it in on the ground anyway. And the phantom pass interference? Eh... those calls go both ways. Nothing to really whine about.

What about the pick Brady threw off his back foot and the missed slant to a wide open Givens? Very un-Brady like.
