I never get tired of hot girls saying they need me, though in real life I prefer it if they use my real name and not 'MrBigglesworth', it kind of ruins the mood. Secondly, I always knew that Jeff was the type of guy that would horn in on someone else's action. Thirdly, the only two things you need to know about real estate is that 1) The answer to 99 out of 100 questions is 'read the contract' and 2) Never give legal advice. Dude, buffet is used here all the time. I'm just familiar with both words and wanted to use smorgasborg as a stronger word.

It is a 'stronger' word I guess. Sounds like a damn feast of the nordic kings or something, which is probably close to the meaning but I won't bother to look it up. Buffet just means Golden Corral.

Ive always correlated smorgosboard to a, eat all you can, troth mentality. While a buffet is more of a subdued, less all out affair.
