The Lions will beat the Bears today and take command of the division. Yep, the Lions are going to top. Were playoff bound this season.

The Bears defense will only carry them so far. Teams are gonna start putting 8 or 9 guys in the box and make Orton beat them instead of Jones. I don't see Orton leading this team anywhere close to a division title. Bears will finish 6-10 or 7-9 at best.

Bears defense has been playing horrible and is still 3rd in the league and enough for 1st place in the division. Once they get their act together the Bears easily take the division down the stretch... if they don't start pulling away today.

Teams already are putting 8 in the box and have been since at least last season. The Bears passing attack didn't JUST get this horrible. :P

You're right that Orton won't lead this team to the playoffs but he will control himself enough to go along for the ride.

Prediction: Bears 20 - Lions 13 (And if you're gonna take a jab at me when my prediction's wrong as 99.99% of them are then at least make one yourself beforehand ).

I gave up making predictions on the Bears years ago. And I am not gonn a take a jab at anyone's prediction. If you asked me before the game, I would ahve said I don't think the BEars can get 20 pts at Ford Field. I probly would have predicted a Bears loss, say 17-13

Packers are playing solid ball today. 14-7 Bengals at the half. I am surprised a little, I thought the Bengals would have been up by more by this point. Favre is doing pretty good again today. Funny how he looks better now with all tese guys gone, then he did earllier in the year with a full squad. I think they are kind of letting him do what he wants now though, since he is all they got left....lol.

That is how I felt during pregame. . .Now that I've seen Orton play today, I would revise it. I was actually very confused when Orton threw deep down the middle to Bradley. I didn't think we had any plays like that in the playbook.

Bears in 1st place, what a sad day this is. Well, every dog has his day. Luckily for the Bears the rest of the division is how it is. You guys lose to a wildcard team in the first round.

Were fine with Garcia, he is throwing to practice squad guys right now. Were in better shape with Jeff then Joey most definately. We get Roy and Chuck back next week so hopefully things will improve. Kevin Jones flat out sucks. He has no vision, cannot catch the ball and is stinking up the place.

Was a good win by the Bears today. They are clearly the better team right now and it showed. That defense is pretty damn good. I don't know how they will finish up the year but it looks good right now for them.

I have to watch a full Lions game (or close to it) some time I guess. Whenever I see Kevin Jones he seems to be making some good runs.
