Called last night at around 7pm to tell em my monitor died. Brand new monitor on my doorstap at 10am this morning. Not bad service at all.

Hell yeah. Weird to. First guy told me my warranty was 3 years and transfered me to another guy to take care of processing it. 2nd guy first tried to troubleshoot, at which point i had to explain to him he was supposed to taking care of the return process. He then tells me my warranty is up, which pisses me off. He puts me on hold and when comes back he literaly takes 30 seconds to tell me my new monitor will be here in the morning and give me my service codes and then he wishes me a goodnight and hangs up. I dont know what the deal is, but i'll take it.I luv British womenz.
