i did pass a stone friday night/ saturday morning. been pretty good since then.

I did have a bad time yesterday because I got back to working out after not doing it since last sunday. I had a good workout, then mowed the yard. then took off to some stores where I started to feel like shit because I had done all this and had not really had anything to eat. :roll: dumbass me. got home, ate, all was good in the world.

now my kid is sick for some reason though. summer cold? she has a fever too. Man, this kid never gets sick so it sucks. This is like only the second time she has ever been really sick (besides the normal sniffles/light cold thing). First me, now my kid. My wife is having a good time.
