Yeah ok, i'll tell ya. Ya grill some chicken breast, cut it up. Put some chicken in a pan, add some butter and water and pour in some frozen green beans, cauliflower and broccoli, put the lid on and let it simmer. When its done you add the chicken and voila, a delicious little meal.
