  • Season Rushing Record Watch

Winfred Hearon of Orlando has 1815 yards on 308 carries (an outstanding 5.89 average ypc). He already owns the league's second-best single-season mark with 2120 yards just last season.
He needs 444 yards rushing in the last 3 games to best Ken Singleton's record of 2,258 yards. Not likely, but not out of the question given his ypc. Also, back to back 2k seasons would be a first and he's almost sure to get that. (Crespo broke 2k twice but had a year in-between).

Don't jinx my boy. He makes it all go for us. Couldn't imagine playing a game without him. I think he has about as good a shot as any with the remaining schedule. No slight intended to the remaining teams. I am just looking at records.

320 to go. Only 29 more yards for the yards from scrimmage record and only 1 more TD for the rushing TD season record. Man I hope we go deep in the playoffs. Orlando has never clicked like this before. First time we have had two 1000 yard WRs in our history as well.

Wow - I didn't realize he was going to easily break the yds from scrimmage record. 770 receiving yards! I wonder if that is a record for RBs. I went back 15 years or so and didn't see anything, but I could have missed a RB in there.

He has been absolutely insane man. Orlando has really been clicking. Always love the RB's and their stats.

DH was a guy that ran to run. Tarcone was going for that record no matter what. To me, Winfred Hearon is the best back we've seen ever. With the YPC and TD's and rec yards..........total package.

thanks being said, Crespo will always be the 1st!! that was FOF2k4 style!!!

I am with you on RBs. I always have a soft spot for them. Our O line adds that extra pop that puts him into record breaking mode. Never thought we would have a guy that could contend with the legends like Crespo and DH. I always hated playing against those guys because they would just take games over.

We couldn't pull it off. Hearon came up short but he did capture two season records this year. Yards from scrimmage and rushing TDs. Now he needs to turn it loose in the playoffs!!

True. Quite a surprising year. I thought we would be competitive but not this good. It means nothing if we can't go deep in the playoffs though!!
