Well, I went ahead and franchised WR Bert Loftberg. He's not really a top-shelf WR that you think would demand top 5 money, but he was requesting about the same amount last season and I didn't have the cap room. And he's going to consume a big chunk of my cap this year. Not many FA WRs available though and since I'm drafting 28th - I felt like I had no choice.

I feel your pain
I franchised QB Roosevelt Mathews to play it safe, but Im not sure he will be under center on opening day.
