Good game Tim. That was a pretty crazy shootout; Vancouver hasn't played many of those in my tenure.
That was probably the game of Mahe's career:

But it was all for not.

No rest for my shattered defense with May coming to town...

We lost 3-24 at home against Los Angeles.

Portland has a very weak defense and Bauer probably started the last game of his career.

Gg. i think we are turning a corner from bad to... mediocre. Hardy has been a great FA pick up and absolutely terrorizes QBs. And our offense is productive which is a huge change from last year.

We get another big win over a good Montreal team 30-6. Montreal fell behind quickly as we got a long pass for a 64 yard TD and then had a 90 punt return for a 2nd TD and Montreal was down 14-0 halfway through the 1st quarter! Wisbey, getting his first start in two years as Cowgill was injured in their last game, wasn't the guy to dig them out of a big hole.

Montreal did move the ball fairly well (they had 6 drives over 30 yards) but they couldn't keep them going as they only had one drive over 40 yards (47 yards that ended in a FG).

Our offense was solid but unspectacular. Terrell Hanks rushed for 89 yards on 14 carries and Grant Bechtel was 19/27 for 281 yards and 3 TDs (and one INT) for a 125.7 QBR.

Tough loss Montreal!
