AC
- Six teams sit at 4-2 or better and have the inside track - New Orleans (5-0), London (4-1) and Lancaster, Murfreesboro, West Virginia and Anchorage all at 4-2.
- Five teams have started poorly and may have dug themselves too big of a hole to get out of - Iowa City, Houston and Los Angeles at 1-5 and Portland and Fresno at 1-4.
- The AC East is tight with West Virginia trailed by Hartford (3-3) and Norfolk (3-3) and just a game back.
- AC West leader Anchorage already has a 2 1/2 game lead!
NC
- Seven teams are 4-2 or better. Vermont (5-1), Georgia, Texas and Orlando sit at 4-1 while Newark, Vancouver and Salt Lake City are 4-2. Sadly, two of these teams (at least) will miss the play-offs!
- Three teams have started slowly and are probably out of it - Lansing and Little Rock at 1-5 and Lawrence at 1-4.
- Madison leads the NC North at 3-2 and is chased by Dakota (3-3) and even Pennsylvania (2-3) is just a game back.
- The NC West are all at .500 or better and Vancouver and Salt Lake City are just a game ahead of Calgary and Arizona - who both sit at 3-3.
