Anyone gone through some staff drafts and know what to expect?
My HC has a suitability of 58. Doesn't seem too bad. He is excellent at motivation and discipline, but he really sucks at scouting, and it looks like in fof7 the HC plays a (moderate?) role in scouting. And it seems scouting is pretty important now since there is a lot more variation in how you see player's ratings.
Anyway, if I set my hiring threshold to 100, does that pretty much guarantee that when my pick comes up, if there is a HC with a higher suitability that I will hire him? But it won't dump my HC for someone of lesser suitability will it?
I really have no idea what to set it at - for sure don't want to end up with a "worse" coach, but I'd be willing to lose motivation and/or discipline skill for an increase in scouting - I guess I can really ramp up the scouting ability weight to try to get that.
