again, if we convert, I will be leveling the financials out for all the teams. Everyone will have an opportunity to grow their own region. I will also allow team nickname changes immediately. typically we allow the owner to have to wait for an amount of time for this to occur. Want the new guys to be able to put an immediate stamp on their teams.

please let me know if you'd like anything added. I will await feedback and open the poll this evening.

With a reboot, we would then open it up entirely.

We would discuss how to fill the teams. I would suggest a 15 round allocation draft and then scout pick the rest.

typically we don't allow name changes right away. We only allow approved name changes after atleast 1 full season before we consider.

this was implemented to stop someone dropping by, changing the name and leaving. Also, league has to approve it. We always wanted to maintain a level of integrity with our team names. I don't want to lose that.

I will be in either way. My heart would prefer we DON'T reboot, whereas my brain says reboot (easier to get new members).
