What range is the IFL's setting for salary cap increase? Is it the default of 20-80?

I'm pretty sure that Cringer uses the default (which is actually 28 to 80). It will rise 3.3 million for the next few seasons - not sure exactly how many.

I have it at my default, 20-63, although 63 is actually higher then I like it now....
