Help Needed

I haven't had access to the game or even the internet actually for the past 2 weeks due to my laptop crashing. I just got a new one and I'm working on getting everything set back up. I downloaded the files and everything but I'm getting the "game plan data file missing" error. I can't remember what file causes that. Any idea?

I'm having this issue in 2 of my 4 leagues... this being on of them. It's quite a pain since this team needs work and I'm missing free agency and trades (since I can't load the league at all)

Digging into things and comparing files from other leagues, looks like I'm missing the .fpo file. Where can I find that?
