  • Debate: Who is the best RB in the IFL???

    Overal rating: 72

    846 offensive yards (566 rushing + 280 yards receiving) , 6 TDs
He gets you 4.7 ypc rushing & 7.7 ypc receiving)

36 catches (1 drop), 115 YAC (5th best in the IFL)

    Contributes on special teams

113 return yards (9.4 per return)

Only 2 fumbles (thanks to breathers from FB/RB/TE Wiseman

I'm ready to hear the arguments but I think Tart has something 'extra' as he gets it done despite my below average line and who is QB'ing.

I'm beginning to think that corrupted install was divine intervention---I can't trade this guy

Tart does get more receptions, and may be the best all around guy so far. But I think the "race" between Reno's Crosby, Vancouver's Ho, and Tart will be interesting to watch over the seasons. Especially with all three in the same division. And Okalands rookie should be a damn good one once he has some more pieces to the puzzle around him.

Maybe "best all around" would go to Tart because he catches the ball very well and of course I'm biased too, but I really think Allan Ho is the best RB in the league.

Don't forget, he's the all time single game rushing record holder and if I didn't screw up my week 1 export he wouldn't have been on the benche and would probably be leading the league in rushing right now.

Add that to a QB who has been picked off over and over this year and a line that is average at best, and Ho looks to be the top RB!

James Tart out does him man---you got scoreboard today so I'll leave that alone, but hasn't Tart outrushed him head-to-head in every game?

David Rodrigez is the only player, by my scout, whose every rushing stat is at least a 58.

For straight running, Rodrigez is a strong contender. If you include receiving that does knock him down some.

Although, like me, if you do not throw to your RB all that much then that is not his fualt.

If you had my QB, you wouldn't worry much about his receiving.

Rodrigez also leads the league in rushing by 70 yards, despite playing one less game than most of his other competitors.

Is D. Rod better than James Tart?

It's tough to say, since DRod's rushing stats are better, but on the other hand he runs behind a much better line, but on the other hand the defense doesn't respect the passing game as much as it does SLC's.

If my O-line wasn't so horrible this year, Connell would at least have a shot at respect. Untill the line improves, his stats will continue to be subpar.
Tart is not getting it done, Ho still is. Ho gets my vote.
