My overall reaction is this class isn't very deep. There's more than average top tier talent but I don't see a lot of late round picks with upside. Owning #1 this year i'm not complaining, now the question is who to pick

Not sure if you're posturing, but the obvious pick for you is the QB. Any other selection wouldn't make sense.Originally posted by zbuckley View PostMy overall reaction is this class isn't very deep. In another league there was a discussion on which was the most important position in FOF. From my personal experience WR's out weight QBs and i'd almost say it's significant. I run a team over in USFL and over the past 11 seasons I've had 7 different QB's lead the team in passing yards. That could obviously be a really bad sign but my team has always been in the top 5 in scoring and it's because of our WRs imo.Originally posted by Juggernaut View PostNot sure if you're posturing, but the obvious pick for you is the QB. I understand and have seen that debated multiple places. However, there is only one franchise QB in this draft, and probably 4-6 WRs that can make a significant impact, and probably 2-3 more that could start. You can find a WR later in round 1. I doubt you can find a franchise QB after 1.5 or so.Originally posted by zbuckley View PostIn another league there was a discussion on which was the most important position in FOF. Yeah I agree that there's only 1 QB that should go in round 1 and surely he'll go in the top 5. Personally I think having a franchise QB is overrated.Originally posted by Juggernaut View PostI understand and have seen that debated multiple places. Because you said unless the offer was way above chart value, you wouldn't consider it. I'm not overpaying for 1.1 when I have 1.3 already. Would be a dumb move from my perspective, especially given I'm in a strong rebuild and want to make my team a perennial playoff contender.Originally posted by zbuckley View PostIf the QB is such a no brainer why don't you make me a really nice offer and pick him yourself.

If zbuck doesn't take teh QB I can't imagine him getting past Chicago. I'd be tempted to grab the WR though.
