Our host updated php on us and it flubbed up the site.

Took until now to get resolved. We should be good to go now tho

And big thanks tojeff for confirming what I thought was correct and when I saw confirming, I mean telling me.

I googled the error and did a lot of reading about why. Everything pointed to an update to the php. I sort of shrugged this off because I know I didn't touch anything. I was baffled because I had no clue what happened, I just knew that it stopped working.

I reached out to a few people and thankfully jeff was kind enough to provide the same in re: the php update. I know jeff knows what he's doing, so I confidently could email support with the root cause. So big thanks to jeff

Funny thing is that my ticket is still open and unanswered. My email was answered and had things resolved within an hour. Guess I know what avenue to persue for support next time something goes haywire

lol, gotta love tech support. I wonder though how compatible this older version of vbulletin is with the new php version. Hopefully the host co. knows what they're doing!

I don't think the new version of php is compatible with our version of vbulletin. the vbulletin version jeff bought has long had the window closed for updates.

THe admin portion of vbulletin are having the same issues.
