The next 5 weeks will start to weed some of us out, what you lookin forward to? Draft position or Playoff position? Are you ready to rock & roll? Come on people, lets get this party started.
I'm not good enough to see the playoffs this year so I'm hoping for a mid round draft pick and moves in Free Agency this offseason. I stand with my 8-8 prediction

Being in the "toughest division" in the IFL, it will be difficult to make the playoffs for the Newark Bulldogs. Is Burlington for real, or is their record the benefit of a soft schedule? Has Orlando gotten back on track to repeat? Lawrence is underachieving thus far, will they make a run?
With all these questions to be answered, who knows what's going to happen. I'd love to squeek into the playoffs, but it will be difficult for me because I've stumbled out of the block. Got my fingers crossed

I still am not convinced with my team, I wish I could say different, but our D shouldn't be as good as it is. And our offense is underachieving.
Our schedule has been kinda weak. That is a fact.
That being said, our original goal was to make the playoffs, after a 5-1 start, with an easy schedule, if we didn't make the playoffs now, it would be a disaster.
So, we are shooting to make the playoffs and win the division, if we do that, than we will see if home field is in reach or not.
As nutty as it may seem, I am beginning to look at playoff position. I think this team is coming around and playing better. It is still not dominant offensively, but the defense has definitely come around. It is 6 in YPA rushing, and 18th in YPA passing, which is a heckuva a lot better than the 32 we were after two games this year.
I think we will be a wild card team until I get a stud at some skill position on offense.

I'm doing a lot better than I hoped. Let's just keep the ride going! With such a strong start I would be very unhappy with anything less than 10-6, but who knows...
I don't know about Burlington having such an easy schedule. Cleveland and Orlando are two teams I'd want to prep hard before I played.
