I really wish I had drafted Jave's CB Flemister. His combines didn't seem too hot to me though. I obviously have a lot to learn about drafting.

The 2nd round CB that Tarc took for OAK would've been gone at 1.32 if I didn't have a huge K need, 1.17-1.21 if I had cap room to trade up. I thought everyone saw something I didn't (using those draft cheat thingies) when he slipped and slipped and slipped... He seems to have come out exactly as I thought and he appeared forcasted to. Has everyone just given up on pass defense and the DB positions? That one really boggled me.

Yea .. thanks and thank god I didn't. I just love that he is also a double threat at KR and PR to boot ... anxious to turn the kid loose.

We got some nice bumps and no major drops. Perhaps most importantly, in his 13th year in the league, Corey Perkins finally learned how to run plays from the I-formation.

Perkins lack of I-Formation points out a hole in my game-planning preparation and a partial reason for losing an IFL Bowl against him. I never realized that a QBs formations might not be balanced and "realistic/regular/base 1st then extended".
