Spent a good amount of time on/off trying to get in an important cap-maneuvering export yesterday and apparently did everything except upload.

If rookies aren't signed what's the TC outcome? Do they not creep if they are/were creepers? Do they just stay masked (completely without even OVRs changing) until they're signed and lose any bumps they'd have gotten via TC? Do they all become bums???

Yeah they unmask but don't develop. So creepers will gain future ratings and the standard guys that drop with drop. Any movement in their current ratings is due to unmasking. If you look at all the FA you'll see the same

I did the almost exactly the oppostie of Jester. I made the export and then proceeded to upload the one from the day before!
