2024 Free Agency Voided Contracts

The AI does a horrible job of drafting, but even more curious then that is why anyone would care? Did anyone notice that Oakland only has 18 signed players and are not active in free agency? They won't win a single game next year. Who cares if someone drafts the team a solid bunch of players?

I'm the draft monitor in the DFL and we don't let the AI draft for teams. Well, we really don't have that many ai teams there, but when we do, as the draft monitor, I usually pick for the team. I look at the ingame needs, look at position distribution, look at their roster, then pick accordingly. It's the same if a g.m. misses his pick without a list, we don't let the a.i. pick for them, basically because the a.i.

is a dumbass.

I would support Tarcone doing it. With the stipulation he has to draft in slot. He can't trade the AI controlled teams picks.

After thinking about it a bit it may be a good idea to let someone draft for OAK. That team is in shambles. Didn't really know how bad it is over in the bay until I looked. That team really needs a owner bad so they can trade away what studs they do have that are getting older.

Matt, you may want to step in and at least sign all of Oaklands RFA's. Would be the right thing to do.

I was really 50/50 on this one. yesterday morning I thought, nbd. Yesterday afternoon I was thinking, humans never had equal shot at him. This morning I was thinking that it would be nice for Oakland to have. him.

all told, a 14yr safety is the least of that teams worries. I will void the contract and he will be open for bidding for everyone. If Oakland re-signs, then it was meant to be.

interviews are pretty over rated and to be honest, Tarc's scout will see it differently than oaklands scout.
