Good game Lawrence, having your QB out really hurt. His replacement you picked up didnt play bad, at least no turnovers on his part. When you blocked that punt for a TD i was starting to get a little nervous.

My running game really came around for me this game. My rookie backup RB Davidson was real impressive.

My defense played very well but we knew you were gonna run the ball. You had a couple of big plays on them though. Overall, they were outstanding limiting you to 5 first downs all game. Your backup RB had a big run of 43 yards, other then that we did a good job on stopping the running game.

Madison is very pleased to start the season 3-1 following a 4 game road trip. We host Newark next week in our home opener.

Pittsburgh outgained Fargo, and Fargo's longest drive of the second half was 9 yards. But we fumbled on the 2 yard line, had a punt blocked, and on one of Fargo's scoring drives they fumbled twice and recovered it each time. Can't catch a break recently. :x

At least I know we won't lose this week...

Same here Hartford--that overacheiving crew of mine is paying for it this year

          Schedule Thus Far...

          Reno: 66 Very Good WIN
Hartford: 93 Excellent WIN (trickery involved)
          Newark: 93 Excellent LOSS
          Tulsa: 76 Very Good LOSS
Little Rock: 73 Very Good LOSS
Columbia: 86 Excellent LIKELY A LOSS

All the coaching in world can't make up for my 56 overall roster rating it seems

This year teams are passing way more and my team is not really built for to stop that just yet. Accepting that has been the hardest thing to do

likely not going to tweak my game plans any further because something strange is happening.

Like this week (good game Cringer) Gomez is not credited with a start (???) yet he is listed as the starter in my depth chart. He's what makes my passing game click and it looks as if he came off the bench? Same with Wiseman ---again he's credited with a start yet he's the second RB and second FB on my depth chart.

Closer investigation reveals that this has happened in my last 3 games. Any ideas about this one guys? I suspect it's purely coincidence BUT one has to be a little curious about it, no?

Guys are only credited with a start if they are on the field for the opening play. So, if you start off in a nickel package, you'll have 5 DBs credited with a start. Same goes on offense - you start out in a 5 WR package, then your TE and FB won't be credited as starting.

Exactly as sovstar said. Thats my guess anyways. FBs don't always get credited with starts, or WLBs, or SEs....those guys are all on the field or not depending on the formation used.....Single back, Double TE, Nickel/Dime set....

Where are you getting that information from? I'm very skeptical as I don't have plays that feature a single WR set and no one else is credited in Booker's spot with the start.

Salt Lake City won the toss and elected to receive.

                    Beginning of First Quarter.

LRK 1 Stratton kicked off 73 yards from the LRK30. Touchback.

                    Possession to Salt Lake City.

Offense: Weak Formation, TE Pairs, Strength = Left

What a tough loss for Wichita. We gave up way too many points in the 2nd half and then almost pulled it out. Turnovers killed us. Especially in the red zone. Good game WVA.

Thanks for making me look stupid as only you do so well . Tell me this, is this new in the 5.1b game? I didn't see this last year and personally think it's kinda stupid. It actually kills GS stats if you think about it

Geez man, she rips my team a new one every week. This posts are funny to me. I'm sure it's not personal, but it evidently gets to you LOL. Hell, between her, Sovstar, and Roadrash, you'd think the Stallions were a high school team.

Then again, you do have the best team in the game and they still got beat in the playoffs, right?

                            Tulsa still undefeated, hell yeah!

Defense performed great in a shut out. Yet another starting QB benched after being brutalized by the the LongTooth secondary (2 X 14 year vets, 1 X 15 year).

My biggest fear was that DE Delbano would have a great game for Vancouver. He is a stud player, but he didn't do shit. Best moment was when FB Rao juked him and sped down the field for a 21 yard TD.

Also have to love Leatherman fumbling a return deep in our territory, and special teams brass-ball man Spurgeon grabbing it and taking it in 68 yards for the TD.

Who's Ho? Busts a record for single game rushing, but we beat him down leaving him 12 attempts for 46 yards. Run D, which was a concern, seems to be shaping up nicely given my new gameplanning.

Your little longduck secondary is broken up for the rest of the regular season as Nunnery is out with a High Ankle Sprain.
