Looking back on IFL history, there are more coaches with multiple/more rings than GMs, suggesting the coaches are more important than those of us hiring them and making personnel decisions.

Phantoms just jumped to a ridiculous lead on the IFL this past season regarding income. There's plenty of space left, and has thus been there the whole time, for a team paying attention to jump into the top 5 or so within a season.
