Ben gets paid $150 to run the league. Definitely a pay league for him. Wish Id thought of it.

I'd like to think I'd do well in a pay league if Suicane, Jave, and Hell Atlantic were in my division.

I'd like to think I'd do well in a pay league that I sim. Are there any safeguards against cheating or is Ben just inciting a riot?

Ben will not have a team.

Not having a team is not equal to a safeguard against cheating. What's to stop him from taking a payoff??? Very risky proposition.

Pay to play sounds too mercenary for me as a player. It's a dang game, and a flawed one at that. Gindin hasn't put anything back into the game in a long time, and that's his right, but to pay to play...

                    no thanks...

Thats what I was thinking too. There definitely seem to be some inconsistencies to the game... which is fine when it's a 'fun' league.. but Id never put my money into something where I do NOT know the 'exploits' (Using the word very loosely), and other people DO.

Yea that's the main reason not to do it.

An active 'dev' constantly updating the game trying to balance things is one thing, but this game is a joke. Those who know the gimmicks are going to win their division yearly and then deal with the coin flip of playoffs versus similar teams.

                          agreed.

And not ripping on any particular team. But there are a handful of teams that win regardless of the roster
