    some great games this week.

the NC matchup reminds me of the mid2010's!!!!

great to see fresh blood in the AC finals. I think both franchises have now gone as far as they ever have. after how each team started their seasons, i'm not sure they thought they would necessarily be where they're at today.

I'm going out on a limb here and going with Houston and Lawrence.....only because I think it would be cool to see 2 real life friends end up against eachother!

          You're absolutely right Matt,
I'm like a dog with two dicks having got my team in the AC final (albeit we caught a huge break in the division round).

Back in week five I thought we'd blown this season but we managed to get back on track and this is easily the furthest I've gotten Wichita.
After years of losing and being a doormat, I'm enjoying the winning.......and I intend to keep it going.

But we're very wary of Houston.
Despite their 8-8 record, they've won some tough playoff games and I'm thinking very carefully about how to approach the game.
Good luck Steve, I hope it's a barnstormer.

I'd be more comfortable if I was at home but playing in Lawrence against that great team is a hell of a mission. Logicaly I don't have much chance in this one but thank god this game don't always answer to logic.

Matt, I don't remember you being on my side in any playoffs game I play. Is it the Ontario/Quebec thing?

nope! probably because you were playing me or one of my division mates!!!
or you were going against the Tulsa juggernaught.

you are very well respected in Ontario, my friend!

Seriously, good luck UK. I will be thrilled to win, but won't be too disappointed to see you represent our conference. Hard to root against a Pats fan.

Louie Humphries ties his mentor and Offensive Coordinator, Alan Crespo, for 3rd all time post-season rushing yardage in a game with 206. Interesting coincidence. His 249 yards from scrimmage set a new IFL post-season high.

So wow, my first IFL bowl and I get to face Mr Jester. The guy I have bounced many draft and trade ideas off of. The guy who basically mentored me through the Booker trade that changed my team. The guy who watches nearly as many as my games as I do.

It's pretty incredible odds for our two teams to square off, but I guess 20 seasons is a long time.

Anyway, good game UK. My defense is smelling the bowl game and really, really stepped up. More than I have seen all season. Moe Weyand was also enormous once we lost Farias for the season.

I'm not sure how many seasons I have left in Miller, Donaldson, Hasting or Deforne, so this has to be the season for them. It's do or die on Sunday, so good luck Lawrence.
