I know we have to petition the league to add a nickname to a particular player, do we have to do the opposite and petition the league to remove a nickname?

My interpretation of how things have played out is that there's a lot of wiggle room so long as we don't do something too attention grabbing to bring the commishes in on it.
These are just the words of a GM though so stand by for any commish overruling.

You pretty much have free reign to add 1 nickname a year as long as it's not lewd or dumb, lol. I'd honestly rather not have nicknames removed though as that's screwing a bit with history.I luv British womenz.Comment
