2a. Yearly Bonus Rule For One and Two Year Deals:
The yearly bonus amount in one-year AND two-year deals offered to free agents cannot exceed the yearly amount of salary. Here is an example of a contract that is illegal.

    Total Bonus - 8 million
    Year 1 Salary = 2 million, Year 1 Bonus = 4 million
    Year 2 Salary = 2 million, Year 2 Bonus = 4 million

The maximum total bonus allowed with those salaries would be 4 million (two million in year 1 and year 2).

Any contract that violates this rule will be voided during the next sim.
Boss, it says that the contract example is ILLEGAL ... looks correct to me.

If a better worded version were to be drawn up I'll bet Matt/Sui wouldn't reject it.
