The new patch has certainly made this a more balanced game, but you wouldn't know it from looking at this year's championship games. The last four teams standing have the top four offenses in the league.

          Looking forward to this one
I'm hoping that all those yrs of keeping Wes Schultz as a highly paid backup QB payoff for me on Sunday.
Tulsa was the last team to beat us. I'm hoping to avenge that loss in a manner you couldn't even imagine

Another round of some great games to watch.

This is the time I can look more leisurely at what contributes to success. Jeffrey makes an interesting observation about Offense. Kozure has been emphasizing cohesion. Whatever the combination may be ... congrats to all who got to this point and good luck on SUnday.

We were able to overcomes the Phantom airshow. Can we do the same with the Bulldog ground attack? I hope my defense straps on the helmets tight. Its going to be a battle.

Keep on flying high Tigerhawk offense, we need you.

Welcome fans to Tulsa for the National Conference Championship. It is unseasonably warm today, with the temperature sitting at 55 for thei January in the midwest. Todays match up brings us the Newark Bulldogs and their fierce rushing attack against the Tulsa Tigerhawks and their high flying passing attack. Locals here in Tulsa like to call it "The Greatest Treat on Wheat."
Game time is almost upon us. The stadium is full and the fans are anxiously awaiting the kick off.
Before we get there, here are a few words from our sponsors:

GG Matt. Your defense dominated. We couldnt do anything. The first 2 drives endedin FGS and I knew we were in for a long day.

Good luck in the big game.

Great season for Tulsa. Far exceeded expectations. Im hoping for limited retirements to give it one more go.

Great game, Mark. I knew that if I doubled Strong, the rest of my secondary would get torched, so I left Gutsche alone with him for most of the day and hoped he could handle him. Let's just say that didn't go well. I was hoping for some help from the pass rush, but that wasn't as much of a factor as I would have liked.

Knowing my secondary couldn't stop you, I still felt good about my chances to keep pace, and after the fortunate bounces I got in the beginning, I thought I would be able to trade TDs with you and keep that lead. Then my coach decided to call those two bizarre series where I ran the ball on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd down... At 14-all I knew I would need to score on nearly every possession and get some breaks, but we couldn't get it done.

Good luck against Matt. The Bulldogs are looking scary and he is probably still pissed about losing in the bowl, last season.
