I wanna move through this sucker quick. Opinions?

I like the quick pace but i thought we always tried to start the draft close to the weekend to possibly get more involvement?

I'd like a little more time to scout the draftees so pushing the draft back a couple days to the weekend sounds good to me. Get a couple more interview exports in by then.

Unfortunately, starting the draft on a Friday doesn't really jive with my schedule this time around. I need the 6th-13th to be as sparse as possible which is why I want to move things faster in the early part. I could start staff hiring on Christmas day and add New Years day to the schedule to get the draft to start on stage 6 but for just this time I want to start the draft earlier in the week.

You don't have to put everything on your shoulders. I'm sure some other owners could help out making the draft run smoothly. Pick some guys and ask them. Sure you can find plenty of help on here.

I think this is the schedule we're gonna go with. I'll add the pre season to it soon and sticky it.

PSui...are you going to load the draft and start it untimed over the weekend? Might get people into the draft mood early....

I don't wanna start it that early because of both New Years, and it would be way too early for some guys, visa vie Free Agency and they would probably rather not pick but would be pressured into doing it. In other words it's just not worth the hassle, even if it was untimed.

Bump, added the pre season schedule. Also, tonight was supposed to stage 1 & 2 but I only did stage 1 so I've added another day.
