Out of curiousity, which torrentsite did they find you at, and was it a specific movie? And was this letter from your ISP or a movie company?

I had it coming I have to admit. I've downloaded 600gigs of movies in the last year cause my direct tv was getting to expensive an I shut it off. Last week I got the warning letter bout downloading a UFC fight 3 months ago. I knew they were greedy pricks so I figured if I avoided them i'd be safe. I got busted downloading "Win Win". Can't remember if it was isohunt or kickasstorrents. Will check my history an let ya know.

Interesting that they were that specific. I would have guessed it was a general letter based on heavy downloads, but this seems like they've been monitoring specific torrents and found your IP-address.

We started off in Ohio, moved to Georgia, then back to Indiana... I'm pretty sure we're under their radar a bit right now...lol. What frustrates me about this is a pretty simple argument; I've bought the music i download in Album format, forty fives, eight tracks, quad tapes, cassette tapes, chrome cassette tapes, cd's, gold cd's, hi def cd's, and other formats of cd's...how many damn times do i have to buy the same album in one lifetime? I still own most of the eight tracks..so I figure... doggone it...that's enough..if someone wants to share their digital rip of a shm cd so I can hear it...thank you.

I am currently married to DVD, I absoutly will not be rebuying crap in Blue Ray. It will be case by case going forward. So far only Avatar has warrented a Blue Ray purchase, but I am sure as time moves on the DVD format will slowly become the redheaded stepchild of the movie industry.
