Arthritis question

One of my OL got arthritis and has been doubtful so far. I did a quick search on FOFC and the only thing I found was someone commenting on a player who had it for two! seasons. I was just wondering if anyone knows if it can go away during the season or if it is usually a season-long thing?

Thanks Matt. I hadn't thought about that - I've never fiddled with that setting before. He's not a key starter - although he's a nice backup - so I was debating whether or not to ship him to IR.
