When I watched this game it reminded me of my $1200 dollar "vacation" to watch Oakland play the Jaguars:

        holy shit!
what a game. Thought for sure we were fucked when Schultz was missing FG's and blaming my holder who has a 99 rating. Not sure how else you fuck up when you hold a roster spot for a kick holder and homeboy can't hold kicks.

Another thing I did this game. Put Nicky Doyle in as the primary kickoff return guy. Boy did that work!!! huge game for him in total. Excellent pickup.

Huge play in the game when we faked a FG. Never actually done that before............and it worked!!!

We made some huge long plays on offense and I thought our defense played great.

GG Jave. Young team there in Oak town. You will be here again.....and a few times.

That was complete ownage. That might be a record for worst playoff loss ever in the history of the IFL. Your team could do no wrong. Everything you did turned to gold. I'm just speechless. But that's ok. I'll be back. My entire defensive backfield, including 3 starting linebackers was rookies and you had homefield so it was a longshot to beat you anyway.

I'm psyched for ya Matt! Win it all bro!

Congrats to the winners! Gonna be a nice Bowl!!

A special thank you to Portland. Since I have Murf 1,2,3,4,7 and Portland was the only other 12-4 team and now picks 31 or 32 this Seal victory meant about 50 draft slots total for me!!!

I never thought when the season started I would be here today still playing. Yea......I got my ass handed to me tonight but I'm seriously just grateful to be talking. In real life..some of you don't even remember, you weren't even here. But the last time I was still a serious contender was literally....what....4 years ago? Matt has taken his lumps and I'm proud of his team. So much of this is random and I hope he wins it all.

GG Portland. Congrats to both bowl teams.

This was the the Mules could have won
Overcoming a pick six on the opening drive and taking the lead.. however Portland held us to too many FG's...
Penalties hurt too, missing out on a fumble recovery at the opponents 5 due to one and allowing a drive to run more time off the clock after running into the punter! The 91 yard punt return allowed for a TD waste killer though. Very disappointed..

Good luck to both in the bowl game

Well those Mules just keep on keeping on.

Definatly the Atlanta Braves of the IFL.

I do not have the game in front of me, but of all the times Murfreesboro has been to the POs I think they have only went 1 and done one time. I also think Opie has started 20 PO games, or something like that. PLUS 2011 was the Mules best team, They finally were healthy at w18, but missed the POs by 1/2 a game - arrugh! Then there was the absentee owner/GM who benched Opie for like the final 6 games that one year and the Mules missed the POs, or they made it and Opie was still benched - something like that.

I hope Peterson comes back, has a year or 2 left on his contract, hes close to quite a few career records.
